Out-of the box integrations into CRMs such as HubSpot is available for your partners. Should you wish to provide your own set of integrations into your own technology/other third-party tools, we have the infrasture to do so.
This is where end-customers can browse a list of partners, view their profiles, solutions and can start the engagement via either a web-to-lead form submission, request their services or send them briefs.
Your directory could be a standalone or shared marketplace. I.e. you could have a separate services and integration marketplaces, or housed underneath one marketplace.
With our filtering system, you get to dynamically display a filter set based on topic, use case or category. Filters are also stored in a users session making easy for them to return to the directory listing with the original results set.

This central management center will be used to manage all data relating to your partners and end customers. In this portal, to name a few, you will be able to review and approve profiles, create custom properties, set up and manage your marketplace template and dynamic filters. This portal will also be used to monitor engagement between end-customers and partners when it comes to web-to-lead form submissions, service package requests and custom proposals.
This portal is used by partners to manage their marketplace profile, setup solutions such as service packages, custom proposals and app/ integration solutions. Partners will be able to respond to solution requests, engage with customers via a conversation inbox and manage project statuses and payment collection.
This is where end-customers will engage and collaborate with partners. Customers can engage with partners via a conversations tool, send partners briefs, browse solutions, accept proposals, make milestone payments and leave a rating and review once the solution has been delivered.
Engagement & Collaboration
Customers can engage and collaborate with partners through web-to-lead forms,request service packages, and request custom proposals. Partners are able to respond to these requests via their partner portal with the conversations tool, service package builder, custom proposal builder and app/integration solution builder.
eCommerce B2B Payments
We use Stripe as the payment infrastructure for online payments but we can integrate into your payment gateway of choice. With our payment milestones feature, customers get to make online payments at every project milestone. They get to choose payment period, the percentage and when they'd like to collect the payment (upfront, mid-project or upon completion). Payments can also be done on a recurring basis to manage retainers. Partners also get the option to collect payments offline where they'll invoice the customer directly.
